Leading from Experience
Established in 2014, RampUp Labor is anything but new to
the skilled labor industry. The ownership group lead by Paul Neuburger and Sean Switzer, together combine 25 years of experience.
Paul has always been an active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), and has a vast knowledge of safety management, employee trade training, and an awareness of the regional trends in the construction and manufacturing industries.
Sean’s experience in Human Resources especially within the construction industry is extensive. His expertise lies in hiring and managing staff, safety planning, and day-to-day operational management.
